The 5th Prestige Automobile (Pvt) Ltd., sponsored, MCA Division ‘C’ 50-over League Tournament 2016 played for the BMW-Hyundai Trophy got further postponed, due to the prevailing unpredictable weather pattern.
Originally, the tournament was to commence on last weekend and was put back to December 19.
On Wednesday, the Tournament Committee at their weekly meeting decided to further postpone the tournament to Tuesday (22).
The single game scheduled for December 22 is between Nations Trust Bank ‘A’ vs Colombo Dockyard at the Moratuwa Stadium.
The tournament will take a break for Christmas and thereafter re-commence on January 3, 2016 with two more matches – JL Morison vs McLarens Group at Kotahena and PABC Bank vs Peoples Leasing at Campbell Park.
