Textured Jersey to supply fleece fabric for Pink, the No.1 lounge wear brand

Textured Jersey Lanka (TJL) has launched an in-region fleece programme in Sri Lanka to produce fleece fabric exclusively for Victoria’s Secret Pink, the No.1 lounge wear brand in the world, Brandix Lanka said in a press release.

TJL is a joint venture between Pacific Textiles and Brandix Lanka. The company has already acquired specialised machinery for the production of fleece fabric. The fabric will be used exclusively to manufacture hoodies and pants for the Pink brand, at the Brandix intimate apparel plants.

The new initiative was flagged off by the President of Pink, Victoria’s Secret USA, Denise Landman, who along with the President and CEO of Victoria’s Secret Mega Brands USA, Sharen J. Turney, led two teams of senior executives from Limited Brands and Mast Industries in recent visits to Sri Lanka and India.
