SMS alert: Norwegian fury

Norway's Ambassador Tore Hatrem was incensed at National Freedom Front (NFF) leader Wimal Weerawansa.

On Friday night, Weerawansa told Rupavahini that Norway was among those funding Gen. (retd.) Fonseka's polls campaign.

Ambassador Hatrem sent out an SMS on his mobile phone to Presidential Secretary Lalith Weeratunga, denying the accusation. Even Government Ministers and top officials received the denial.
