Indian Food Festival will come alive at the Coffee Shop of the Galadari Hotel from March 19 to 27.
Indian Festival is organized by Galadari Hotel in collaboration of Le Royal Meridien Hotel in Chennai.
Galadari will changes its theme, décor,taste and flavour to its best of ‘Indian’ when the Coffee Shop once again open its guests to experience some of the delicious Indian cuisine.
Food flavours from various parts of India in its many presentations will be prepared with authenticity by expert chefs from the Le Royal Meridien Hotel.
Master Chef T. Iyappan and Chef Deepak Singh will bring thie culinary treat to Colombo.
The chefs from India will be flown by Kingfisher Airlines and will bring with them the finer ingredients that will make up the exquisite flavors of Indian cookery.
The Dinner buffet will vary daily and goes all the way from Starters, Soups, Main Dishes and Dessert. There would be Vegetarian and Non - Vegetarian dishes to accommodate everyone. |
