Jude Fernando was unanimously elected as the President of the MBA Alumni Association of the University of Colombo for the forthcoming year at its 13th AGM held in Colombo.
The other office bearers elected at the AGM were Sarma Mahalingam - Deputy President, Pubudu de Soyza - Vice President, Nishantha Jayasooriya – Secretary, Hemantha De Silva – Treasurer, Kumuduni Hewavitaranage – Assistant Secretary, Thilak Weerasinghe – Assistant Treasurer, Anusha Wijegunaratne – Immediate Past President. Messrs Chandana Aluthgama, Upali Ratnayake, Shanaka Wijeweera, Lalith Sumanasiri, Saranga Wijeratne, Sujeewa Kumarapperuma, T Govinthadas, Lakmini De Silva, Jude Silva, Ruwan Rajapaksha, Rohana Ellawala, Priyantha Gunathilaka, Tharuka De Silva were appointed as committee members.

The Alumni Association was originally set up in the year 1997 by a group of MBA graduates from University of Colombo who wished to further the interests of MBA graduates and also to make a contribution to their alma mater. |
