Paradise Road Galleries is holding a sale of works from the company’s private collection consisting of works by established and emerging contemporary Sri Lankan artists. The works featured, all purchased and selected by Udayshanth Fernando, are being presented at Paradise Road Galleries located within Paradise Road, the Gallery Café from January 27 to February 3.
The sale will include works by sought-after artists Ruwan Prasanna, Anup Vega, J.C. Rathnayake, Vajira Gunawardena, Sanjeewa Kumara, Sujith Rathnayake, Sanjaya Senirivathne, Pramith Geekiyanage and many more. Many of the pieces are early works by the artists, now difficult to come by in Sri Lanka’s thriving art industry.
The sale features around 200 pieces that will be displayed and rotated throughout the property and in the private dining room of Paradise Road, the Gallery Café over the week.
