‘Political’ package?

Motorists and pedestrians over the past few days have curiously looked at this large, gift-wrapped-type structure down Dharmapala Mawatha in Kollupitiya near the Liberty Plaza roundabout. It is a cover for the new building of the Colombo branch of the Kandy-based Commercial Credit Ltd, which according to officials, has been uniquely designed to reflect a gift ‘aimed at attracting customers with a lot of promise’.
