The dissertation which is equivalent to 4 taught modules is designed to identify organizational problems and to develop solutions to these using a scientific methodology while harnessing the knowledge and skill acquired from the taught modules. The RLPS module affords an opportunity for the students to appreciate real life issues encountered by business organizations and resolve such issues based on the knowledge acquired through the degree programme.
The BSc (Hons) Computing - Software Engineering is a 4 year programme which includes one year of Industrial replacement in an IT Firm or a Software Developer. This gives an opportunity for students to be exposed to an actual Industrial setting after having been through 2 years of taught subject modules. On their return, the graduates of IIHE are well balanced in their ability to apply theoretical knowledge to a practical work environment.
