An exhibition of paintings and an Inter International schools art competition has been organised by Burhani Serendib Bambalapitiya. The event will be held on June 19 and 20 at the National Art Gallery from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

This exhibition which portrays expressions through vivid colours, displays the creative talents of the students of Burhani Serendib School. It has been achieved using a variety of media such as oils, pastels, acrylics and poster colours.

The Inter International schools art competition would be the highlight of the day as it has been organized for the first time by Burhani Serendib School where an array of paintings submitted by students of many prestigious International schools will also be showcased and judged.

The Chief Guest will be His Excellency Datuk Rosli Ismail, High Commissioner of Malaysia in Sri Lanka while the Guest of Honour is Janab Amil Saheb Nooruddin Bhai Saheb President of Anjuman-E-Saifi (Sri Lanka) Trust.

Entrance is free and all are welcome.
