DSK SUPINFOCOM is an education joint venture established in Pune, India in April 2007 between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Northern France (CCI Nord De France Avesnes Cambrai Valenciennes) and DSK Global Education and Research Pvt. Ltd, a subsidiary of the conglomerate DSK Group of India.

DSK SUPINFOCOM offers its students three unique schools of design, each with its own dedicated staff, resources and industry specific teaching methodology. They are:

ISD France has been producing the best Industrial Designers for 22 years. It is internationally recognized and has trained more than 600 students that are now professional designers in the best companies and design studios worldwide. Today, that experience has been brought to India. At DSK ISD, we dispense the 3 main Industrial Design specialties; Transportation Design, Product Design and Digital Design.

Transportation Design
Transportation design teaches a wide spectrum of automotive design. The objective of transportation design is to conceptualize and develop the parts, the outline and the general structure of the interior or exterior of transportation vehicles, whether it is for airways, roadways, railways or waterways.

Product Design
Product design is more focused on creativity, ideas and solutions for developing a tangible product. It is important to observe and understand the world around us, as everything we use and see involves Product Design.

Digital Design
Digital Designers are experts in 3D Modelling, Realistic Rendering and Animation. They direct the creation of digital material to aid in the decision making by the designer, industry experts and marketing personnel.

The ISD programme is divided into 2 levels: The first is Fundamentals where students learn the basics of the profession. The second level is Advanced where they are taught to master the latest techniques and processes in the designing world. Students also work in teams on industrial projects with local and foreign companies. An internship programme is included in the advanced course and two 5 month internships in the industry are to be completed by the students.

The course is 5 years for students entering after A/Levels and 3 years for students already possessing an undergraduate degree or professional diploma. All students graduate with a Level 1 Certificate which is equivalent to a master's degree and is approved by the National Commission for Professional Certificate, which works under the direct supervision of the French Prime Minister's office and is globally recognized.

Currently over 1,200 ISD students have won competitions globally and ISD has a string of more than 30 awards to its name.

ISD boasts a 100% placement record and has more than 800 industrial partners and signs over 60 partnership contracts per year. ISD Alumni includes professionals at Nike, Addidas, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Pinnafarina, Ducati, Bombardier, Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Sony, Samsung, etc.
