Coca-Cola Beverages Sri Lanka Ltd recently concluded a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Ceylon Mercantile Industrial and General Workers’ Union (CMU).
The partnership which has been in place for the last few decades focuses on the maintenance of fair labour practices whilst enhancing organizational productivity and employee engagement levels. Coca-Cola maintains a healthy working relationship with its unions promoting harmonious and active employee involvement in day today activities.
The Collective Bargaining Agreement was signed for a two year period effective from January 1, 2010 – December 31, 2011, the company said. |
