On Friday, at the Macmillan Room Oxford Union, the portrait
of Foreign Minister Lakshman Kadirgamar (Balliol Treasurer,
1958 and President of the Oxford Union, 1959) was unveiled
by Oxford University Chancellor Chris Patten. From left
are Richard Tydeman, present President of the Oxford
Union, Sir Jeremy Lever, Foreign Minister Kadirgamar
and Mr. Patten.
